Below, you will see beginners, amateur fishermen, and professional fishermen who all represent Lake Erie Fisherman, LLC to the best of their ability all while competing in a sport that they truly exceed in. Mathew has been fishing since he could hold a rod! Turning 17 years old in June 2021 allowed him to take a chance fishing with the pros, and he is only gaining momentum in 2022. He is looking to pursue the college level in just a couple of years on a scholarship to further his fishing career.

Mathew is currently 17 years old, and attending New Riegel High School where he competes with the Hopewell-Loudon Fishing Club. In 2021, he fished the North West Ohio Bass Club and was the Harrison Lake Champion. He looks to compete in many more tournaments in the coming years as a high school student-athlete.

Everything that Mathew has done has already exceeded everyone's expectations around him, and competing in M.L.F tournaments as a teenager was icing on the cake. Matthew has placed high in previous tournaments, but only looks to compete at a higher level in 2022 as he competes in the M.L.F Phoenix Division, and another High School Fishing tournament in Sandusky, OH on Lake Erie.
